210express is excited to announce its first annual 1st Saturday 210market. The market takes place outside the 210express store parking lot in Marion, Indiana every 1st Saturday June-August. Our free-admission event promotes handmade arts and crafts, homegrown ventures, small business owners and vintage-antique (and other cool-finds) vendors. We welcome you to demonstrate, exhibit and sell at one of our booth spaces this season or attend as a guest.

Vendor Information:

Booth space will be available to approved vendors on a ‘first-paid’ basis. We want to ensure a variety of quality vendors for our shoppers, so this market is juried. We look forward to hearing from you soon. 

How to Apply:

  1. Review vendor rules and liability

  2. Complete/Submit the vendor application 

  3. Remit all applicable fees by check (paid to: 210 Express)

Vendor Acceptance: Our goal is to contact you by email within 2 weeks of receiving your application. Please contact us at emilyabrankle@gmail.com if you have not heard back from us after this time. 

Booth Space Assignment: Booth space will be assigned 2 days prior to the 210market.

 

Cancellation: You will be notified via text, email or Facebook Group if the event is canceled due to weather. If canceled due to weather you will not receive a refund of your booth payment,  however the payment may go towards attending another 1st Saturday 210market. If you cancel or are a no-show you will not receive a refund of your booth payment. 

Vendor Rules:

  1. Date and time for the 1st Saturday 210market is the 1st Saturday of June-November from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Booths must remain open for business during these hours. 

    1. Setup for vendors will be Saturday at 8:00 a.m. You may begin to set up between the hours of 8:00 a.m.-9:45 a.m.

  2. Vendors must comply with all safety requirements and regulations.

    1. Vendors must have weights at all 4 points of their canopy/tent.

    2. Vendor vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area immediately after unloading. No vehicles will be permitted in the market space after 9:45 a.m.

      1. Late arrivals after 9:30 a.m. will have to unload from the designated vendor parking area. 

      2. Vendor vehicles are NOT permitted in the market space between the hours of 9:45 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

      3. Vendors may only begin tear-down after 2:00 p.m. No early tear-down.

  3. Vendors must keep all merchandise within their assigned space including: tents and trailers. It is your responsibility to fit into your space.

  4. Vendors are required to keep their areas clean, clean-up after themselves and dispose of trash in the provided trash bins.

  5. No smoking is permitted within the booth space.

  6. 210express reserves the right to limit direct sales as we see fit. 

  7. 210express reserves the right to request removal of merchandise that is not representative of that submitted in the application.

  8. No subletting or transferring of booth space is permitted

  9. 210express is NOT obliged to provide telephone, cell phone service, internet, electricity or water to the vendor.

  10. The vendor shall ensure proper quality of the products sold. The vendor shall comply with all applicable laws as to the vendor’s sales. 

  11. If your application is denied we will return your payment by mail. 

  12. Violation of the Vendor Rules listed will be grounds for immediate expulsion and forfeiture of all fees submitted. 

Liability:

210express and 210express organizers are not responsible or liable for injury, theft, loss or damage to property before, during or after the market hours. Exhibitors are responsible for security and safety of all belongings at all times. All booth vendors are responsible for assigned booth maintenance including set up, tear down and trash while at the market. 

The vendor is solely responsible to obtain insurance coverage for property brought onto 210express and for injury caused by the vendor’s tent, set-up and/or property. If unable to obtain insurance coverage, the vendor assumes personal liability for the property brought onto 210express property and personal liability for any injury caused by the vendor’s tent, set-up, and/or property. 210express is not required to carry additional insurance to cover the vendor’s property.

Once your application is received we will notify you by email of your acceptance status. If accepted your booth space will be confirmed upon payment received. Please mail a check to:

You may also drop-off your check at the 210express shop.
